For use in blood cell differential counts for bone marrows, smears, FNA's, and microorganisms.  Three step procedure, gives coloration similar to the standard Wright-Giemsa stain.  Similar to other manual stain kits; such as kwik diff, dipp kwik, and diff quick, kit contains a fixative, eosin, and methylene blue components.  Also used as a general cytology stain
