Para uso en recuentos diferenciales de células sanguíneas para médula ósea, frotis, FNA y microorganismos. Procedimiento de tres pasos, da una coloración similar a la tinción estándar de Wright-Giemsa. Similar a otros kits de tinción manual; como kwik diff, dipp kwik y diff quick, el kit contiene un fijador, eosina y componentes de azul de metileno. También se utiliza como tinción de citología general.
