Tim Cromwell, RN

• Served as program manager for Veteran’s Health Administration in the Office of Information for Veterans Health Information Exchange which is tasked with promoting interoperable electronic health records between VHA and other government and private entities.
• Became senior project manager for the health data respository project in 2001 (Salt Lake OI Field Office).
• Currently serving as VHIE program manager since April, 2006.
• Awarded bachelor of science in nursing from University of Maryland, master of science from Southern Illinois University and doctorate in Nursing from Saint Louis University in 2002.
• Certified clinical informaticist (ANCC) and Project Management Professional (PMI).

Jon Richings

• Founder and CEO of Geonix Technology a UK telematics company, specializing in satellite-based communications and tracking devices with multiple markets in Europe and the Middle East.
• Consultant in the telematics industry for 15 years, providing system and product design services to a wide range of companies directly and peripherally involved in telecommunications and asset tracking.
• Responsible for several formative telematics products in the UK. Worked with Vodafone, Globalstar and Thuraya among others.
• Degrees in electrical engineering and industrial design.
